Welcome to my newsletter.
A quick intro about me. I am a Jamaican born in the capital, Kingston living on a hill top town of Monti della Tolfa, just 60km north of Rome. I am an aquaculture scientist and marine conservationist who loves to write and cook. I started a blog in 2021. You can read more about me at this link READ MORE HERE
I am currently working on a memoir with recipes with a theme surrounding food and friendship from Jamaica to America to Italy.
